Woman arrested for ring theft at Cape Girardeau business

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

A woman faces a felony stealing charge after Cape Girardeau police say several rings were stolen from a Cape Girardeau business.

Mary Dressler of Cape Girardeau is charged with felony stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dressler was picked up by police Wednesday night after several people called the police station after seeing surveillance video air on Heartland News.

The male in the video is not in custody.

It happened Tuesday at River City Coin at 713  Broadway Street.

Officers say several rings were stolen.

The business has surveillance video of the two people in the business.

    Caruthersville officers said they arrested 46-year-old Kenneth Flanagan of Caruthersville on two active warrants through Pemiscot County for abuse or neglect of a child.
