$5M lottery winner from Cape, Cairo fire, and deadly crash

Someone has claimed a $5 million top prize from the Missouri Lottery. The winning ticket was purchased in Cape Girardeau.

According to Cairo Police Department, crews are on the scene of a house fire on 21st Street.  Christy Millweard will have more from Cairo tonight at five.
