4 Kennett teens seriously injured in single car crash

KENNETT, MO (KFVS) -

Four teenagers were seriously injured in a single car crash early Saturday morning. Three of the injured were flown to a Memphis hospital.

It happened around 5 a.m. on Dunklin County Road 442, 1/2 mile east of Kennett.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by Carl D. Luttrull, 16, of Kennett was westbound and went off the right side of the road, became airborne, hit an embankment and overturned.

Luttrull received serious injuries and was air lifted to Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis.

Three passengers in the car were injured in the crash.

Tyler R. Jackson, 16, of Kennett received serious injuries and was taken by EMS to a Kennett hospital.

Quentin C. Walker, 16, of Kennett received serious injuries and was air lifted to Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis.

John J. Harden, 14, of Kennett received serious injuries and was air lifted to Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis.

Troopers say Harden was the only person in the car wearing a seatbelt during the crash.
