"It says you can use on wet or dry hair."

Amanda Rees is sort of an expert when it comes to detangling hair. After all, every night she applies a combo of products on her five year old daughter's long, curly hair.

"We have to do something, or we cannot get a pick or anything through it."

Little Bailey is willing to smile through all the hair-tugging because she insists her mom not cut her lovely locks.

So, if Hair Bean can help save some squirming and some time, the Rees family is ready to toss normal brushes aside.

However, during the first three brushings, Bailey starts letting out whimpers and then asks her mom to please stop using the brush!

She didn't even cry out when her mom used the normal brush.

"I wouldn't buy it. I think thinner hair would be better."

However, to be sure Amanda took this brush to Bailey's daycare where they tried it on other kids. Everyone else also complained.  Plus, the family used it after bath time. The Hair Bean made no difference on wet or dry hair.

At first, Amanda handed out a disappointing 'D' letter grade, but now says she wouldn't even use the Hair Bean on her pets! Keep in mind, when we tried it, we had already brushed through some of bailey's hair with the normal brush. So, the Hair Bean should've glided right on through, but it did not.

Clearly, the $10 brush fails this Does it Work test, earning an 'F'.
