Ste. Genevieve man seriously hurt in crash

STE. GENEVIEVE, MO (KFVS) - A Ste. Genevieve man has to be airlifted to the hospital after crashing his car at 3:45 Monday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's web site, Paul Kemper, 47, crashed his Chevy Cavalier on Hennick Road in Ste. Genevieve County.

Kemper failed to negotiate a curve to the right. His car then traveled off the left side of the highway and struck a tree.

Kemper suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a hospital in the St. Louis area.
