Rain delays St. Louis Cardinals' home opener

ST. LOUIS (KFVS) -

There was a rain delay for the reigning World Series Champion St. Louis Cardinals on Friday afternoon.

The Cardinals are playing their first home games of the season against the rival Chicago Cubs.

Pre-game ceremonies were scheduled to begin at 2:15 p.m., but rain pushed the start time for the pre-game ceremonies back to 3 p.m.
