MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A two vehicle collision Tuesday sent one man to the hospital in McCracken County.

It happened around 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of Old 45 and Krebs Station Road.

According to the sheriff's office, Rebecca Cooper, 23, of Symsonia was stopped in her SUV at the intersection of Krebs Station Road and Old 45 heading eastbound.

Deputies say Cooper failed to yield right of way after going through a stop sign and hit a pickup truck going southbound driven by Marvin Wurth, 45, of Paducah on Old 45.

Wurth was taken to Lourdes Hospital for non-life threatening injuries, according to the sheriff's office.
