BLODGETT, MO (KFVS) - A family made it out safely after a house fire early Wednesday morning just south of Blodgett.

It happened on Woodhaven Road about 5:30 a.m., according to the Miner Fire Department.

The upstairs and garage of a split level home sustained heavy damage.

Two fire departments responded.  No word on a cause of the fire.

No one was injured.
