Herrin police investigating 3 business burglaries

HERRIN, IL (KFVS) -

The Herrin Police Department is investigating multiple business burglaries that happened during the early morning hours of Saturday, March 31.

Police say the incident took place at Burger Nook Cafe, 900 S. Park Ave.; Pizza Mike's at 908 S. Park Ave. and First Choice DUI Services at 912 S. Park Ave.

They say an unknown suspect broke into all three businesses and took numerous food items along with an undetermined amount of cash.

According to the police department, the suspect was caught on the video surveillance cameras located inside Pizza Mike's. Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect on the video.

Anyone with information about the burglaries are urged to contact the Herrin Police Department at 942-4132 or the Williamson County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-414-8477 (tips).
