State trooper shot, suspects from Texas charged

We are learning more about an incident that happened late last night when a Missouri State Trooper was shot following a 'routine' traffic stop in New Madrid County.  One suspect is dead and three others, including one shot and in the hospital, are facing murder 2nd degree charges.

Holly Brantley was in Charleston today and talked with several in the community about the trooper. She will have the latest on this developing story tonight on Heartland News.
