Farmington man killed in crash near Greenville

GREENVILLE, MO (KFVS) -

A Farmington man was killed in a crash south of Greenville early Tuesday morning.

Dylan J. Woods, 23, of Farmington died after he was ejected from his vehicle at 5:10 a.m.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Woods was driving a 1999 Chevy southbound on US 67 eight miles south of Greenville when he ran off the left side of the road, returned to the road, overturned, and ran off the right side of the road. 

Woods was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene by the Wayne County coroner.

He was not wearing a seatbelt.
