Severe weather rolls through the Heartland

Just days after deadly tornadoes hit the Heartland, several funnel clouds along with wind damage was reported late Friday morning into early afternoon. We have several storm damage reports from the National Weather Service in Paducah.

By about 12:30 p.m., 13 tornadoes had touched down in three states, according to preliminary reports from the National Weather Service.

Crystal Britt is in southeast Missouri, Carly O'Keefe in southern Illinois and Christy Millweard in western Kentucky with team coverage about today's storms.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect for much of the Heartland through Friday afternoon.

The first of the funerals for the tornado victims in Harrisburg will be Saturday, when 3 of the dead will be laid to rest.
The name was released of the man killed in motorcycle crash Tuesday near a Scott City motorcycle dealership.
