We are working to bring you the latest information about this morning's deadly storms.

At 1:55 p.m. we will be breaking into regular programming on KFVS12 and will give you the latest information on cleanup and relief efforts in Missouri and Illinois. Kathy Sweeney will be live in Harrisburg and Holly Brantley will be live in Stoddard County.

We'll be streaming the news conference on www.kfvs12.com with the governor live in Harrisburg at 2 p.m.

We'll also be back on-air with Team Coverage at 5 p.m. and a special hour-long newscast from 6-7 p.m.

Missouri Gov. Jan Nixon has declared a state of emergency.  Six people, including two children, were killed in Saline County, Illinois after a possible tornado swept through the area.  One man was reported killed in Stoddard County.  And, one person was killed in southwest Missouri.
