Quinn announces proposal to close state facilities, 2 prisons

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn announced Wednesday his proposal to close 14 major state facilities, including two prisons. Crystal Britt will have more on the proposal to close the supermax prison in Tamms tonight on Heartland News and kfvs12.com.
