Search for missing Mo. inmate; Park Hills couple involved in double stabbing

New at 5 p.m.,  Park Hills Police Department are investigating a double stabbing between a husband and wife on Valentine's Day. Police say they were involved in a domestic disturbance.

Authorities are searching for a missing Stoddard County inmate. He apparently escaped after waiting with other inmates at the county court house.

Poplar Bluff firefighters are investigating a suspicious house fire in the 600 block of Cherry Street.

Gov. Beshear says following the Eggner's Ferry Bridge damage, that restoring traffic across Kentucky Lake among highest priorities. Options include a ferry and temporary span on bridge that was rammed by a cargo ship.

The owners of a cargo ship that struck and collapsed part of a western Kentucky bridge say they were not responsible for a nighttime collision that took out part of the span because some of the bridge's lights were not working.
