
Tim Ingram is Vice President & General Manager of KFVS12 and The Heartland's CW (WQWQ- TV). Born in the Bootheel and raised on the edge of this area we call the Heartland in Rector, Arkansas, Tim grew up watching KFVS12. He is a graduate of Clay County Central High School and Arkansas State University.
Tim began his broadcast career as a DJ at KJBR and KBTM in Jonesboro, Arkansas. In 1989 he joined the staff at KASU and in 1990 he embarked on his television career as a production assistant at KAIT, the Raycom Media station in Jonesboro. After rising to the director ranks, Tim left to work for WAVE, the Raycom station in Louisville, Kentucky where he was quickly promoted to Senior Director. In Louisville, Tim spent many hours on location directing sports productions for WAVE and Fox Sports. Tim directed Eclipse Award winning coverage at the Kentucky Derby and received four Emmy nominations for his directing on Derby Day. In 2004 Tim was promoted to Director of Operations at KLTV, the Raycom station in Tyler, Texas, and a year later he added Director of Marketing to his title as well. In June of 2007, Tim came back to KAIT as Vice-President and General Manager and in December of 2011, Tim was named Vice-President and General Manager of KFVS12 and WQWQ.
Prior to arriving at KFVS12, Tim was heavily involved with The Arkansas Broadcaster's Association, The United Way, The Salvation Army, and The American Red Cross. Tim currently sits on The Arkansas State University College of Communications Advisory Board, and The Rector High School Helping Hands Foundation. He looks forward to becoming involved with Heartland service organizations soon.
