CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -
Cape Girardeau Police arrested a man on Monday accused of statutory rape.
Mark A. Musselman, 27, is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl on Feb. 11, 2011 when he was 26.
He is charged with statutory rape 1st degree and statutory sodomy.
Musselman was taken to the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
