STEELE, MO (KFVS) - Steele Police arrested a man accused in the Oct. 7 shooting of another man.
Marcus Charleston of Steele was arrested on an active Pemiscot County warrant for assault 1st degree and armed criminal action.
Aaron Jackson, 19, was shot through the leg on Oct. 7. He was taken to the Blytheville Hospital for treatment.
The shooting happened during a party near a home at 308 N. First Street.
Witnesses told police the suspect fired six shots and fled on foot.
Charleston was taken to the Pemiscot County Justice Center in lieu of $100,000 bond.
