Police are still searching for clues on a missing 10-month-old Kansas City girl whose disappeared from the crib in her home. The parents are not suspects according to police.

The state fire marshal is in Cairo today investigating a fire that destroyed a downtown business on Tuesday.

Menard Correctional Center in Chester, Ill. is considered one of the most dangerous prisons in the state. Carly O'Keefe talked to prison officials today about its guard safety concerns.

Carly also looks how businesses would be affected if Menard closed it doors. Earlier this week an arbitrator ordered Gov. Quinn to back off of his proposal to layoff thousands of state employees and shutter seven state facilities.
