Good afternoon to you.

Today could end the Cardinals' playoff hopes and it could be Albert Pujols' last game as a Redbird. Todd Richards will have the latest on the Cards chances tonight at 5.

Police are still searching for clues on a missing 10-month-old Kansas City girl whose disappeared from the crib in her home. The parents are not suspects according to police.

The state fire marshal is in Cairo today investigating a fire that destroyed a downtown business on Tuesday.

Menard Correctional Center in Chester, Ill. is considered one of the most dangerous prisons in the state. Carly O'Keefe talked to prison officials today about its guard safety concerns.

Carly also looks how businesses would be affected if Menard closed it doors. Earlier this week an arbitrator ordered Gov. Quinn to back off of his proposal to layoff thousands of state employees and shutter seven state facilities.

Some people in the Heartland say the harder they work the farther they fall behind on their bills.  Many are really feeling the pain of the nation's economy woes. Holly Brantley talked to people today about how they're managing to get by, and to financial experts about you can get ahead.

Brookport Police Chief Nheema Cornelius has been relieved of her duties.

The Associated Press reports attorneys for a woman who watched as her premature baby was decapitated during delivery say she still has nightmares about it and is asking a Louisville jury to award her millions in damages.

The forecast looks wonderful for outdoor activities. Bob Reeves says the warming trend will continue over the next several days.

Have a great evening,
