Clay Waller pleaded guilty this afternoon to a federal charge that he made an Internet threat against his missing wife's sister.  Waller told the judge, "I sent the email.  I did it."  Crystal Britt was in the courtroom and tells us exactly how Waller addressed the judge.  Kathy Sweeney walks us through a timeline of events since the disappearance his estranged wife, Jacque Waller on June 1.

An Italian appeals court partially overturned the murder conviction of American college student Amanda Knox. She and former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito will go free almost immediately.

Authorities have reopened a road they closed in McCracken County early this morning. Police say a man surrendered to police after allegedly threatening to shoot at officers and kill himself.
