2 Paducah men arrested in undercover drug investigation

PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) -

Two Paducah men were arrested Friday afternoon following an uncover drug investigation.

According to Paducah police, Joshua B. Hill and Fabian S. Thomas were arrested around 3:15 in the afternoon at a house on Jefferson Street.

Hill, 23, of Clay Street was arrested on a charge of 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance, 2nd offense and served a summons charging him with 2nd degree persistent felony offender.

Thomas, 23, of Glen Street was arrested on charges of 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance, 3rd degree criminal mischief and possession of marijuana.

Investigators say the SWAT team was activated due to the suspects criminal histories.

Detectives say they seized $1,540 and crack cocaine valued at $300.

Thomas was charged with criminal mischief after he kicked a hole in the wall of an interview room at the police department.

Hill and Thomas were booked into the McCracken County Jail. They were being held on $10,000 cash only bond each.
