The man accused of the murder of a 3-year-old Senath girl faces an additional charge.  The prosecutor also filed a notice of statutory aggravating circumstances, which will permit the state to seek the death penalty for the 1st degree murder charge.  Holly Brantley tells us more about the new charge.
