Afternoon update: More details emerge in case of missing Senath girl

Police release more details in what led them to file a murder charge against missing 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez's neighbor.  Holly Brantley explains some court documents released today as crews searched a large area of water for Breeann's body.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is looking for information about a deadly hit and run scooter crash in Butler County last night.   An 18-year-old driving the scooter died and police are looking for a dark blue Ford pickup truck that left the scene.

A body found in the Ohio River in western Kentucky has been identified as a Murfreesboro, Tenn., man.

Funeral arrangements have been set for a Pinckneyville man who was the oldest living survivor of the Bataan Death March.  Dr. Albert Brown of Pinckneyville died yesterday morning at the age of 105.

Paducah Police arrested a man this morning as he crawled out from under a vacant home with a bag full of copper pipe.

The head of the Mayfield Moose Lodge was summoned to court after police seized large quantities of alcohol beverages from the lodge.  Graves County is a dry county.
