MARSHALL COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Sheriff's deputies arrested a man accused of driving an ATV under the influence of alcohol after his passenger was injured in a crash.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office responded to an ATV and vehicle crash Saturday, July 30.
According to police, the driver of the ATV had left the scene and the passenger was later found at Marshall County ER with multiple injuries.
The driver, 20, Joseph Pryor of Murray was found at home on Olive Hamlett Road with a smell of alcohol, according to the sheriff's office.
Pryor was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and operating an ATV on a roadway.
Pryor was then taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
