Good afternoon. Crystal Britt sat down and talked to Clay Waller's attorney today who says his client is innocent in the disappearance of Jacque Waller and he misses his family.

A new law was signed by Mo. Gov. Nixon yesterday that is designed to protect students from sexual abuse by teachers. Kathy Sweeney talked to officials today at Kelly High School who say it is an uncomfortable topic, but they are facing it head on.

Carly O'Keefe reports on a story about how some people believe that it is justifiable to remove children from the home if certain health problems like morbid obesity are not addressed.
