Custody battle heats up for Jacque Waller's children

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - The custody battle heats up over missing mom Jacque Waller's children.

Jacque Waller's sister and brother-in-law Cheryl and Bob Brenneke asked for a custody continuance at the Commonpleas Courthouse in Cape Girardeau.

According to Jacque's sister Cheryl, the judge ordered no visitation rights for Jacque's estranged husband Clay Waller.

The couple's triplets have been in the Brenneke's custody since their mother disappeared June 1.

Clay Waller remains a person of interest in the case, but has not been charged.

He had no comment Tuesday.

The Brenneke's have custody for at least three more months.
