Good afternoon. Wow, it's hot and humid! Laura Wibbenmeyer says it will become partly cloudy this afternoon with a chance of thunderstorms most likely over southeast Missouri and southern Illinois--but possible elsewhere too. And, heat indexes of 100 to 106!
