Two injured in crash caused by medical issue

BUTLER COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - A Saturday morning crash injures two Neeleyville men.

It happened around 10:15 a.m. Saturday.

Troopers say 44-year-old Paul Sisco was driving north on U.S. 67 four miles north of Neeleyville when he suffered some sort of medical issue, drove off the road and hit a utility pole.

Sisco was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center hospital with moderate injuries.

His passenger - 22-year-old Jerry Whitt was seriously injured in the crash and was airlifted to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Troopers say neither of the men was wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
