REGULATIONS:
- Enter as often as you'd like but each entry must be on a separate form.
- All requested information must be included. Missing information could disqualify the form.
Nominations must be received at KFVS12 by close of business November 14,2012.
- KFVS12 is not responsible for lost or late entries due to mail service or technical problems.No purchase necessary.
- Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Winners are responsible for complying with local, state and federal laws.
- Winners are solely responsible for any local, state or federal taxes.
- No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
- Promotion void where prohibited.
- Selection of the 4 finalists made by a panel of judges in the viewing area.
ELIGIBILITY:
- You must be 18 or older to participate.
- You must be a legal citizen of the United States.
- Potential candidates must be currently employed in the agricultural field.
- Employees of KFVS-TV are NOT eligible
- Individuals engaged in production, development or distribution of materials for this promotion are not eligible to win.
- Persons who are immediate family of or who reside in the same household as any person in the above categories are not eligible to win.
- All finalists must agree to allow KFVS12 and its sponsors to use the winners name, voice, picture, and likeness on television and in any other form of media for promotional purposes without compensation.
- All finalists must agree to allow a KFVS12 news crew on location to video tape a segment featuring the finalist for a segment to air during Heartland News.
