One person is behind bars following a homicide in Paducah Wednesday night.

Robin Newberry with Paducah Police says someone shot 37-year-old Jonathan Foster around 8 p.m. at a home in the 600 block of 11th Street in Paducah.

Foster was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

An autopsy has been performed on Foster but the results have not been released.
