Jackson Police are on the scene  of a crash on Interstate 55 near the 104 mile marker this afternoon.  We're working to get more information.  If you have pictures of the scene, email cnews@kfvs12.com.

Two people have been killed in separate crashes in southeast Missouri and southern Illinois this morning.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says a man in a Jeep was heading north on Rt. 153  in Stoddard County around 6:30 a.m. when a car pulled out in front of him near the Rt. Z intersection.

Highway 34 in Saline County, Ill. is back open after it was closed for several hours from a deadly, multi-vehicle crash early Monday morning involving three semi-trucks.  Julia Bruck talks with an eyewitness when the crash happened around 3 a.m. this morning.
