DEARBORN, MI (CNN) - Ford has expanded a previous pickup truck recall because of an airbag defect.
Thursday's recall applies to full-sized F-150 trucks built between 2003 and 2006 and some 2006 Lincoln Mark LTs.
The company said the airbags can go off unexpectedly, and owners should seek service immediately if the truck's airbag warning light is on.
While Ford said it's not aware of any accidents related to the problem, one driver did jump out of a slowly moving vehicle after an airbag deployed.
