MAYFIELD, KY (KFVS) - A western Kentucky woman missing since Sunday has been found unharmed.

A news release from Kentucky State Police says troopers found Jeanette Landrum, 31, of Mayfield, at a friend's home Thursday.  The friend said he allowed Landrum to stay with him, and Landrum admitted she was not in danger and was staying at the home willingly.

No foul play was suspected.

Police had been searching for Landrum since Thursday, when she was last seen at the McDonald's restaurant in Mayfield.  State troopers said they finally found Landrum's vehicle in the parking lot of the Mayfield Wal-Mart on Wednesday, and, after looking at surveillance tape from the store, learned that she left with an unknown male.

Troopers were able to track down Landrum after identifying the man in the surveillance video.

Police and family members were concerned about Landrum's condition, saying she is a resident of Autumn Ridge adult group home and suffers from schizophrenia, which may cause her to appear disoriented and confused.
