MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A crash in McCracken County, Kentucky sends two people to the hospital and deputies say one of the drivers was under the influence of prescription medication and alcohol at the time of the crash.
According to the sheriff's department, 46-year-old Sena Cooper was driving west on Clarks River Road around 9:30 p.m. Monday. Deputies said as she tried to make a left hand turn, she hit a car driving east on Clarks River Road.
During their investigation, deputies determined Cooper was under the influence of prescription medication and alcohol.
Cooper has been cited for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, her second offense. She was also cited for failure to maintain required insurance.
