Judge to decide if murder suspect will go to trial

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, IL (KFVS) - A judge is deciding if there's enough evidence for a man accused of killing his uncle to go to trial.

Prosecutors charged Randy Feazel, 47, with one count of first degree murder in the death of 68-year-old Don Essary.

In March, police say a Thompsonville woman called them saying a naked man broke into her home.

She says the man was covered in blood and threatened her family.

Police later arrested Feazel and prosecutors charged him with murder.
