Drunk baseball fan tased, caught on tape

A Pittsburgh Pirates fan is facing charges after police say he was unruly and refused to cooperate with officers.  The entire incident is caught on tape.

Scotty Ashley was charged with harassment, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.  It happened Saturday night at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. 

Police say Ashley was asked to leave and became uncooperative.  Police were seen using batons and finally a taser to subdue Ashley.  His bail was set at $5,000.
