A suspect was identified form the items that were recovered, but a name is not being released at this time, according to police.
Officers went to the house on the 500 block of East 7th Street around 9:30 p.m. on March 18, 2011, and found a backpack and plastic bags hidden under the home.

Police say the two "one-cook" bottles contained more than 395 grams of a substance containing meth.
The Illinois State Methamphetamine Cleanup Team also came to the residence for processing.
Metropolis Police were assisted by the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force, and say the investigation is ongoing.
