Two Chaffee men arrested for more burglaries

CHAFFEE, MO (KFVS) - Two Chaffee men faces charges after more burglaries in town.

Kyle J. Myers, 22, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, burglary 2nd, stealing, and three counts of 2nd degree property damage. Bond is set at 25,000 cash.

Michael A. Biler, 21, was charged with burglary 2nd, stealing, and three counts of property damage. Bond is set at 15,000 cash.

Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter says deputies were finishing the final details of the arrests of three people from last weekend who were connected to a string of Chaffee burglaries with reports of new burglaries began coming in.

Police recovered two firearms and numerous other articles taken during the most recent burglaries after a search of a Chaffee home.

Both men were taken to the Scott County Jail.
