New York (CNN) - Multiple Grammy-winning and best-selling artist Phil Collins is retiring from music.
The 60-year-old says he's suffering several health problems that make it hard to perform, including a dislocated vertebra, hearing loss and nerve damage.
Collins is the former front man of Genesis and later his own solo act.
Besides seven Grammy's, Collins also snagged an Oscar for a song from the animated film "Disney's Tarzan."
