Good afternoon.  Cape Girardeau is slated to get 135 new jobs in a $10 million project will help renovate three buildings in downtown Cape to include a clinic with dental, vision, and chiropractic services.  Tyler Profilet talked with Gov. Jay Nixon as he was in town to announce the development.
