DUQUOIN, IL (KFVS) - Prosecutors charged three people in connection with the death of a Brookport, Illinois man.
On December 2nd, Illinois State Police announced they had arrested 17 year-old Riley Purdimen Junior. Prosecutors say Purdimen was a person of interest in the murder of 23 year-old Brad Sims. Purdiman is also a suspect in the so called "good samaritan" robberies near Tamms.
Monday evening Illinois State Police announced they had arrested two other people in connection with Sims death.
Troopers say on December 3rd they arrested 18 year-old Demetrius Hill and 19 year-old Jalmar Hill. Both of Cairo.
All three have been charged with 6 counts of murder, one count each of home invasion, armed robbery and burglary.
Bond is set for $2 million dollars each.
