By Heartland News

MINER, MO (KFVS) -  According to Miner police chief Chris Griggs the Comfort Inn on Matthews Lane was robbed at 1:55 a.m. Thursday morning.

Chief Griggs says the men used some type of twist-tie to wrap the female clerks hands behind her back.

The clerk is uninjured but shaken-up.

The men did steal some cash from the hotel, ran from the lobby, got into a blue SUV and took off in an unknown direction.

Surveillance video shows a blue SUV authorities say the suspects arrived and left in.

Griggs says he's confident they'll catch the suspects they believe could have been involved in other incidents.
