Hayti Heights man enters guilty plea on federal Crack Cocaine charges

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - A Hayti Heights man pleads guilty to federal drug trafficking charges.

Fifty-six-year-old Floyd L. Roberson pleaded guilty to two felony counts of distribution of crack cocaine and one felony count of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. In January, Roberson sold the drug to an undercover informant in Pemiscot County.

He now faces up to 20 years behind bars of each of the two distribution counts; and as long as 40 years for the possession charge. Sentencing has been set for November 29.
