Chicago police arrested a murder suspect last night in a homicide case in Marion, Illinois from Sunday.

It's probably one night some people in Murphysboro won't soon forget.  Police say the group was sitting outside of a home when a man in a car pulled up to them and opened fire.  One man has been arrested.

The Stoddard County sheriff says a suspect in a string of burglaries near Bell City has been charged.

A new Missouri law puts the focus on deleting a growing form a harassment between students.  Missouri schools now have to add the terms "cyber bullying" and "electronic communications" to their anti bullying policies.  Holly Brantley talked with educators and students about what they think of the new wording.
