CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Police arrested a man in connection with a weekend fire at a Cape Girardeau apartment.
The blaze was at a complex on North Sprigg Street.
According to police, Clayton Anderson was arrested Monday and now faces felony charges including arson, burglary and theft.
The fire was contained to an apartment on the first floor.
But the person who lived there lost nearly everything.
Firefighters say the blaze caused about $10,000 of damage.
Anderson was taken to the Cape Girardeau County Jail on $20,000 bond.
