LEDBETTER, KY (KFVS) - A former minister of a Livingston County church faces a theft charge after police say he used the church's credit card for purchases not associated with church business.
Richard Webb, 45, of Paducah is charged with theft over $10,000.
An investigation by Kentucky State Police revealed more than $10,000 on personal electronics and other items purchased in person and on the internet over a three year period.
Webb was relieved of his duties after the allegations surfaced.
Webb was taken to the McCracken County Jail on $25,000 cash bond.
