CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Randall Faber, author of the best selling Piano Adventures Method series will be presenting a free teaching clinic entitled "Ages and Stages of Motivation" on Wednesday, July 28 at 9:30 a.m.
The event will be presented in the Convocation Center of the Southeast Missouri State University River Campus located at 518 S. Fountain Street in Cape Girardeau.
The presentation is expected to end around 12:30 p.m. Registration starts at 9:00 A.M.

Faber is going to describe the dynamics of intrinsic motivation and will offer practical applications for teaching including:
- Why should we adjust our teaching style as a student gets older?
- What works best with young beginners?
- How can we keep "tweens" motivated and engaged in their lessons?
- When does appropriate repertoire selection affect student motivation?
