Watch for YourTurn normally scheduled to air at the end of Heartland News at Noon on Mondays and Fridays, at the end of Heartland News at 10:00 on Saturday nights, and following The Breakfast Show on Sunday mornings.
Patsy Colson from Jonesboro, Illinois:
"(Regarding Mike Smythe's ViewPoint on Red Light Cameras) give the tickets to cars, not drivers. My niece went through a yellow light in St. Louis and I received a ticket in the mail for $100. I paid it because they said I had no choice. This is not right. Thanks for doing ViewPoint and YourTurn on KFVS12."
Rick Marshall from Polar Bluff, Missouri:
"We have a right to demand that our government take strict enforcement of the oil companies…the real truth is many congressmen are just as responsible for this disaster as BP. Who is doing the cover up, Congress or BP? Who is really in charge? It is clear that both sides have NEVER had a back-up emergency plan."
Heartland viewer David Clunie:
"Congratulations on honoring people serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. They deserve it. Did you do it for Viet Nam soldiers?...If today's (soldiers) had ENLISTED full time, not in the reserves or National Guard, I would say they deserve sympathy for their families having to see them go off to war. The ones that died I feel sorry for but not for the others who tried just to get government money (by) joining the National Guard and/or reserves."
