Afternoon update: I-57 re-opened, murder charge dropped

All lanes of Interstate 57 are open after a rollover crash near West Frankfort this afternoon.  Two people were injured.

A southern Illinois man accused of killing a 21-year-old mother in 2007 was set free today after a judge threw out a first-degree murder charge against him.
