Afternoon update: Cape Girardeau casino vote all but certain

Enough valid signatures have been gathered to give Cape Girardeau residents the opportunity to vote on whether they want a casino, said Cape Girardeau County Clerk Kara Clark Summers.  However, several steps must be taken before the question can officially be put on the November ballot.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department is trying to figure out what happened to a 19-year-old Fredericktown man found dead on the side of the road yesterday morning.  The coroner says an autopsy shows injuries consistent with someone who has been hit by a vehicle.  Tyler Profilet talks with the sheriff and the teen's friend.
